Exhibits
The 123rd Annual Meeting will be held in New York, N.Y. January 2-5, 2009. Please note that these dates are a Friday through a Monday. Exhibits will be located in Americas Hall I and II of the Hilton New York.
The 2009 Annual Meeting contract and information were mailed April 8, 2008 to those who exhibited in 2008 or have requested a contract. Those expressing interest in exhibiting, who have not exhibited before, should contact Kelly Elmore. The first day that we will be accepting signed contracts with deposits is Wednesday, April 30, 2008 and no earlier.
All booths are 8'x10' and cost $1,600.

We have a new online form for submitting your insertion orders and ads. You can find the form here. We will begin accepting insertion orders and ads on April 30, 2008.
